Stronger than epoxy
What a Failing Floor Actually Costs
A worn slab is not just cosmetic. Dust off open concrete gets into product and equipment, pitted floors slow pallet jacks and beat up casters, and a porous surface holds oil and chemistry that becomes a slip and audit problem.
A polyaspartic system seals the slab, takes traffic without chipping and cleans down to bare color with a scrubber. Line striping, safety markings and cove base go in during the same install.

Polyaspartic vs Epoxy
Most industrial flooring bids are epoxy. It costs less per square foot and takes your floor out of service for most of a week.

How We Work Around Your Operation
We schedule around production, not the other way around. Nights, weekends and phased areas are standard, not an upcharge conversation after the fact.
Step 1
Walkthrough & scope
We walk the space with your facility or ops lead, map traffic patterns and moisture-test the slab, then scope it in phases that fit your schedule.
Step 2
Prep & repair
Dust-contained diamond grinding back to clean concrete. Old coatings, joints, cracks and spalled areas are repaired and re-ground flat.
Step 3
Install & markings
Polyaspartic base and broadcast go down, plus cove base, line striping, aisle markings and safety zones in the same pass.
Step 4
Top coat & handoff
Top coat seals it, we walk the area with you, and you are back in service in 24 hours with a written warranty and a maintenance sheet.
Most facilities are scoped within a week of the walkthrough.
Pick Your Colors
Flake blends read differently under high-bay LED or fluorescent lighting than they do on a screen. We bring the full board to the walkthrough and lay it on your slab.
Mid-tone greys hide traffic marks best in a warehouse. Solid colors are the usual pick where you need OSHA striping and marked zones to stand out.

How is a commercial floor priced?
By square footage, slab condition and how much of the work has to happen outside business hours. We scope it on site and give you a written, itemized number you can put in front of a budget holder.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes, and most of our commercial work runs that way. We phase by aisle, bay or zone so the rest of the building keeps operating while we install.
Are you licensed, insured and bondable?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers comp, and we will send certificates of insurance, W-9 and references before you cut a PO. Our crews follow your site safety and check-in requirements.
Can you stripe aisles and safety zones?
Yes. Line striping, aisle markings, walkways, equipment footprints and OSHA safety zones are installed as part of the coating rather than painted on top, so they do not wear off.
How is it maintained?
An auto-scrubber and a neutral cleaner. The surface is non-porous, so oil and chemistry sit on top. No waxing, no burnishing, no recoat program.
What kind of facilities do you coat?
Warehouses, manufacturing and shop floors, auto and fleet service bays, commercial kitchens, breweries, veterinary and medical spaces, retail and showrooms, and municipal buildings.
