I understand that I am having Motorcity Floors and Coatings go seamless on my floor, this means that the expansion joints and saw cuts will be filled in and ground smooth. I understand there is a chance the floor could crack at the seams,  and it has been explained to me that this is not something that we recommend due to this possibility.

I also understand that if the floor does crack at the joints, that this will not be covered under MotorCity Floors and Coatings warranty.

All jobs that include seamless joints must be accompanied by this approval form prior to going into production.
