By signing this form, I , have been explained the differences and am agreeing to traction being added to my project.
I understand that the flooring being installed may be slippery when wet, and by signing this form I will not receive a service call for traction-related issues from MotorCity Floors and Coatings or hold MotorCity Floors and Coatings liable. All traction must be approved in person or in writing. We cannot accept approval via phone call.
All traction selections must be must be signed prior to installation.
