Amazing product! Amazing job!! MotorCity Floors and Coatings applied the newest polymer coating to our patios. Gorgeous! They look like terrazzo and will look this way for the life of the guarantee! Strong, impenetrable, and NO maintenance (except for general cleaning) for 15 years!! Our experience was great right from the get-go! Joe and his crew were so hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and left us with 2 gorgeous patios!! Remember the hottest most humid day in August? Well, that’s the day the guys came to remove 600 sqft of porcelain tile from our concrete patio and prepare it to accept the new polymer coating. What a job!! It took 2 days to prepare, but well worth it. The guys were very careful to not get cement dust and debris in our fish pond, and their final cleanup was impeccable! The price was great too! We shopped around and received prices in the stratosphere from other well-known companies offering similar/same products/services. We are so happy we chose MotorCity Floors and Coatings!!
