At Hillsdale Drive, the existing epoxy coating had worn through in the high-traffic zones, with tire marks and scuff lines cut into the surface and oil stains that had soaked past the compromised film. Because polyurea-polyaspartic systems require a direct bond to the concrete substrate and won’t adhere over an existing coating, our crew diamond-ground the full 400 square feet to strip the epoxy completely, removing the embedded tire marks and oil staining along with it. Underneath, the center control joint had suffered severe spalling from freeze-thaw cycling — deep voids and fractured concrete running the length of the garage. The crew chased out the loose material, packed the joint with two-part mender and sand, and ground the repairs flush before applying a grey polyurea-polyaspartic base coat with Domino flake across the full floor and the interior entry step, finished with a polyaspartic topcoat carrying 16-grit traction additive.
Chase Way — 424 Sq Ft, Moisture Remediation on Bare Concrete
At Chase Way, there was no prior coating to remove, but the slab told its own story: rust staining, road salt residue, light pitting, and small cracks throughout, with a moisture reading of 4%. Our crew diamond-ground the full 424 square feet to open the surface, then flooded it with MR50 moisture remediation primer to protect the coating system from vapor transmission from below — a step epoxy manufacturers routinely warn against skipping, since trapped moisture is one of the most common causes of epoxy delamination. Mender compound filled the pitting and cracks, and once cured, the crew applied a grey polyurea-polyaspartic base coat with Mediterranean flake across the floor and both entry steps, sealed with a polyaspartic topcoat carrying 16-grit traction additive.

Cost
A firm price before we’ve inspected your slab would be misleading. What decides the number is the condition of what’s already on the concrete, not just the square footage.
